Project Description
CNFA is seeking applications from qualified candidates for Internships position for the USAID Quality Technologies Revitalizing Agriculture (Q’tra) activity. The purpose of this activity will be to work with farmers in the West Bank and Gaza (WBG) to improve climate-resilient conservation and management of freshwater resources and associated ecosystems by increasing the availability, quality, and environmental resilience of drinking water supply sources. The duration of this Activity will be four years.
Position Description
Reporting to the Capacity Building Specialist, the intern will assist with preparing and following up on materials, forms, documents, and data associated with activities. Their duties will include collecting, entering, analyzing, and reporting data, supporting the regular updates to the Q'tra activity database, and organizing data on SharePoint. They will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, maintaining confidentiality, reporting any data management issues, in accordance with legal requirements, USAID regulations, and CNFA policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in preparing and following-up on activities related materials, forms, documents and data.
- Assists in activities data collection.
- Assists in activities data entry and in the search for missing data
- Assists in activities data analysis and reporting.
- Assists in Q’tra activity database periodic update of existing data and new data.
- Support SharePoint filling and data organization.
- Report any issue concerning data management to superior.
- Ensure accuracy of all data inputs and outputs.
- Ensure, promote and maintain confidentiality regarding all documents, data and information.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, assessment visits, awareness events, etc.
- Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required.

- Bachelor Student in the third or fourth year of university or recently graduated in Business Administration or Engineering or any relevant field.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Multi-tasking ability, good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain a team environment.
- Very Good in English and Arabic is required.
