Job Description
Southern Electricity Company LTD SELCO is seeking to employ a full-time immediate  position:
 
Internal Auditor
Supervising and Directing:
The role involves execution of financial, operational and information systems audits to verify accuracy, completeness and authorization.
Checks and verifies compliance with established policies /procedures by reviewing internal controls, testing transactions and making recommendations for improvements.
Analyzes information and communicates results via reports.
Provides project management for audits such as planning, scheduling, coordinating and report development.

Major Qualifications:
1-Advance degree (accounting, economics, public administration plus minimum of 5 years of proven practical experience in internal auditing or Bachelors degree plus 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
2-Professional qualification (CIA, CPA,CCA, CA) is an added advantage.
3-Full working knowledge of English, including excellent drafting and presentation skills.
4-Good knowledge of oracle financial is an added advantage .
5-Excellent computer skills (specially Microsoft office application, and ability to use information technology as a tool and recourse.
6-Good interpersonal and teamwork skills networking aptitude.
