Mount of Green Olives (MGO) is a company that was established in 2005 to export Palestinian food products such as olive oil, Medjoul Dates, Zatar, Friekeh Maftoul etc. MGO is seeking a candidate to fulfil the position of International Sales and Marketing Manager Opportunity
Position Overview: We are seeking an International Sales and Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in the expansion and growth of our Company. This position offers an extraordinary opportunity to drive worldwide market share growth through both new and existing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will spearhead efforts to expand our reach geographically and enhance our presence in established markets, focusing on maximizing sales revenue via our international customer network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and marketing strategy to penetrate international markets.
- Create action plans to identify and secure international sales leads and prospects.
- Manage and allocate marketing plans and budgets efficiently.
- Provide senior management with timely updates on international sales performances.
- Formulate pricing strategies that optimize profit and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and oversee their implementation within the team.
- Maintain robust relationships with all international clients to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
- Propose and manage international sales and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and explore opportunities for product and service enhancements to boost profitability.
- Organize and coordinate the company's participation in international trade shows and exhibitions.

Position Requirements:
- A dynamic, results-driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of thriving in an international sales setting.
- A relevant university degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in international sales and marketing.
- Advanced technical and computer skills to overcome the challenges of international communication.
- Exceptional communication, presentation skills, and a deep understanding of various international cultures.
- Customer-focused and highly organized.
- Experience with E-Commerce and Internet Marketing is highly desirable.
