Location: An-Najah National University Hospital (NNUH), Nablus.

Duration: (5) Full days; 8:00 am- 4:00 pm.

We are seeking an Interpreter to join our team during an upcoming hospital JCI accreditation mission. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting medical terminology and a strong command of the English language. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site interpretation services during the accreditation mission, including meetings, interviews, and presentations;
• Interpret for hospital staff and the accreditation team as needed;
• Ensure accurate and efficient communication between parties;
• Collaborate with other interpreters and translators (If any;) to ensure consistency in interpretations;
• Provide support to hospital staff and visitors as needed.

Requirements:

• Evidence of advanced education in English;
• Evidence of translation and interpretation experience, preferably in the medical field;
• Evidence of employment as a professional translator or interpreter, preferably full-time;
• Membership(s) in professional translation and interpretation associations; 
• Translation and interpretation proficiency testing results, when applicable;
• Translation and interpretation certifications, when applicable; 
• Other relevant translation and interpretation credentials.
