A leading company is seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Inventory Manager, in its offices in Ramallah.

We are looking for a competent Inventory Manager to monitor and report on the company’s inventory. Your job is important since the efficient handling of the company’s products and supplies is critical for the attainment of business goals.
A successful inventory manager is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They possess great attention to detail and a business mindset.

Job Description:

Inventory managers have the important responsibility of analyzing the current suppliers who will provide the company with the goods needed to operate and be profitable and conduct daily analyses and compare all suppliers in terms of cost of items purchased.
Develop an inventory tracking system and ability to use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory to streamline our business operations
Communicate with our Supply Chain Manager about current stock and potential issues to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures and best practice.
Analyze data to ensure product stock is adequate and forecast products order to cover the future demands.
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
Storage experience in cold, chilled and dry areas classifications.
Report to management on stock levels, issues etc.
Report on inventory activities and variances.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field
7+ years’ experience in inventory, distribution and operational procedures
Able to multi-task and work independently
Proven leadership, strong math, team player & planning skills,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Inventory training an asset is an advantage.
F&B & FMCGs experience is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods and create reports
Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP).
