IT Manager

Job Description

Business Alliance HR is recruiting an IT Manager for a Leading Trading Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain smooth daily processing of all data and information.
Oversee the operations of all systems and applications within the information systems function, including;

Technical and system administration of complex environments (hardware and software), implementation, and integration of 3rd party platforms with SAP.
MIS, operational requirements and customizations, and management dashboards.
Address corporate needs in a high volume transactions environment, including;

Process automation
Process controls, and internal audit
Reporting and evaluation

Job Requirements

Special Requirements & Skills:

Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and Management skills.

Years of experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a relevant field.

A Master’s degree is preferable.

Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
