IT Officer

Sharikat Gargour Al-Tijariyyah Authorized General Distributor of Mercedes-Benz in West Bank is currently seeking a full-time IT Officer.

Responsibilities:

-Administer servers, laptops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, performance, or connection incidents.
-Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking.
-Maintain, update, and distribute software packages as required.
-Maintain/Monitor daily backup.
-Conduct technology training for new users.

Qualifications and Skills:

-BA degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or any related field. Certifications such as MCSE are preferred.
-Excellent written, and spoken English is a must.
-Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment (Win 7, Win 10, Win Server 2008, 2012R2).
-Familiarity with Communication and Network Concepts.
-The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service.
-Team player.
-Can work under high pressure. Flexible regarding work times.
