 IT Officer

(Grand Park Hotel-Ramallah) 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Will be in charge of IT Department and all of its related issues;
 Deal with all daily and weekly IT procedures in the hotel;
 Design and implement preventive maintenance for all IT hardware & Software;
 Check daily backups, all system interfaces, Server hardware and logs;
 Follow up all claims that are being forwarded to IT Department;
 Maintaining and troubleshooting of the company LAN, security, Wi-Fi, IP Telephony solutions and software;
 Review IT vendor agreements as appropriate;
 Document, archive all correspondence and troubleshooting, follow up suppliers’ visits and maintenance.

Job Requirements

Successful candidate must have:

 Bachelor degree in IT or computer engineering;
 Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT;
 Excellent communication skills - fluent in English and Arabic both written and oral;
 Has Training capabilities for troubleshooting and support;
 Honesty & reliability;
 Has passion in hospitality industry;
Meticulous, matured and an organized personality;
 Good knowledge in LAN, Security, wireless, IP Telephony, hospitality solutions and software.

Proposed Salary: 3000-2500 NIS
