IT Officer

General Responsibilities:

• Support financial departmental objectives continuously to the overall hotel performance.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following fire, life and safety standards at all times for self, colleagues and guests.
• Deliver highest quality service to exceed our guest expectations.

Develop self by attending all trainings provided in the department and the hotel. 

Key Job  Responsibilities

• Apply standard operating procedures in your department.
• Responsible for planning, supervision, maintenance and preventive maintenance program of IT Equipment.
• Analyze and demonstrate solid knowledge of all IT Systems.

• Coordinate with contractors for any technical issues beyond control
• Management of network, server, backup and related IT infrastructure.
• Management of firewalls, remote desktop and related security systems.
• Maintenance of licensing and inventory records for software and Hardware.
• Complete PC setup and deployment for new colleagues using standard hardware, images, and software.
• Ensure all AV equipment’s is fully operational, repair or clean equipment when necessary.
• Assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment, up sell different AV services and monitor equipment operation at appropriate intervals.
• Communicate any additions or deletions to flowsheets to Director of Engineering.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedure

• Able to understand IT network diagrams and network design.
• Standing & Walking for long hours.

• Knowledge in IP Network, Subnets, Active Directory, DNS Wi-Fi usage and configuring SSID
• Good knowledge in Windows server, Printing and Scanning systems.
• IT/Certificat.
