IT Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. 
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools. 
• Monitor, manage and administrator Microsoft\Linux Environments.
• Follow up systems health and performance checks.
• Follow up system application backup, and recovery. 
• Troubleshoot and repair server hardware and software.
• Administrator virtualization environments (Hosts, VM Machines, storage) 
• Configure and install various networks devices and services (Router, Switch, Firewalls, VPN, Etc.) 
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments, Office Applications, Microsoft Office 365 Email admin Center
• Provide support to all Printer/Copiers/Scanners
• Monitor the infrastructure systems, troubleshoot slowness or availability issues, and provide performance reports for management
• Manage and report issues related to external service providers such as ISP and HW /SW vendors

Qualifications and Competences:

• BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology, field.
• Expertise in network management and maintenance.
• Adequate knowledge of programming technologies in the .NET environment and Oracle databases.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, VM Machines, Office 365, Backup systems, Firewall)
• Good Knowledge of databases and Linux operating systems
• Network knowledge: LAN / WLAN / Switching / Routing / Firewall management.
• Strong technical proficiency in hardware, networking, and security domains.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Additional Certificates are advantageous.
