IT Solution Manager

Purpose of the role: Implement, manage and support the different IT hardware, software and operations across the company

Key Responsibilities:
-Review all network connectivity into/out of PMC offices.
-Review and plan acquisitions of IT hardware and software.
-Manage all protected level of software applications such as server related elements and licensing.
-Identify and relate to Project Management requirements such as documentation, timeline planning and logistics planning
-Act as coach to IT staff and conduct training to staff where required.
-Execution of other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager.


Desired skills and experience:
-A minimum of B.A degree in IT, computer science, computer engineering or any other related field.
-Master degree, ITIL, PMP are all a plus.
-A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the IT field.
-Advanced knowledge in computer hardware, software systems, programs, computer networks, network administration and network installation.
-Excellent knowledge in computer viruses and security management
-Excellent trouble shooting skills.
-Excellent knowledge in preventive maintenance of hardware and software.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English.
-Work well under pressured
-Own a valid driving license.

-Strong decision making skills
-Strong people management skills

Compensation package depends on experience and demonstrated competencies
