IT Specialist

Chemonics International seeks a full-time IT Specialist who will be responsible for addressing all the Information Technology needs of the Project Office in Ramallah. The IT Specialist  will also be responsible for developing technical specifications for project procurements and design aspects of Project Communications materials.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
-A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an IT specialist or related role with an international development organization, preferably with USAID projects
-Experience with MS Office products, desktop publishing software, websites
-Experience in developing high quality communication materials and outreach for non profit or development organizations a plus.
-Knowledge of USAID branding and marking regulations and Chemonics procurement policies, a plus
