Job Description
We are looking for solid IT specialists/ support engineers who will be responsible for providing technical support and managing both internal and external systems.
Technical support includes, but is not limited to workstation and printer installation and maintenance throughout multiple remote locations, administering the local server(s), monitoring the network, hardware performance, connectivity, and backups.
This role will work closely together with the Tech, Marketing, and Operation teams and report directly to the CTO, providing insights and solutions to various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily technical support for employees across different remote locations
- Being responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, local and/or wide area networks, IT Security, and policies.
- Being responsible for IT hardware, software, and maintenance procurement.
- Administers the organization's policies and procedures regarding the use of computers and data access for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the organization's policy and departmental guidelines.
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
- Preparing a variety of written materials for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written references, and/or conveying information.
- Manage user accounts and access company systems.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
- Ensure integrity, security, and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Manage backups and business continuity tasks.
Qualifications

- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Technical Support for all kinds of PC-related issues
- Advanced knowledge of servers, backup & storage
- Advanced knowledge of Firewalls & Network Switches
- You have +2 years of work experience
- Familiarity with the latest privacy, security, and information security protocols
- Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
- FortiGate Firewall Management
- Windows Server Administrator, Backup Management
- Advance Knowledge of User Support, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, PABX Systems, Wireless Routers
- Working experience in a clinic/hospital s a plus
- Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Sciences or a related field
