IT Supervisor

The company is fully owned by Palestine Investment Fund’s real estate investment arm. Grand Park Company is seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill the following vacancy:
 

IT Supervisor
(Grand Park Hotel Ramallah)

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
- Will be fully in charge of IT Department and all of its related issues;
- Supervise all daily and weekly IT procedures in the hotel;
- Design and implement preventive maintenance for all IT hardware & Software;
- Checking daily backups, all system interfaces, Server hardware and logs;
- Follow up all claims that are being forwarded to IT Department;
- Maintaining and troubleshooting of the company LAN, security, WiFi, IP Telephony solutions and software;
- Review IT vendor agreements as appropriate ;
- Document, archive all correspondence and troubleshooting, follow up suppliers’ visits and maintenance.
 
Successful candidate must have:
 
- Bachelor degree in IT or computer engineering;
- Minimum 3 years of  relevant experience in IT ;
- Excellent communication skills - fluent in English and Arabic both written and oral;
- Has Training capabilities for troubleshooting and support ;
- Strong leadership skills, strong initiator, honesty & reliability;
- Customer service oriented and have passion for the hospitality industry;
- Outgoing, meticulous, matured and an organized personality;
- Good knowledge in LAN, Security, wireless, IP Telephony, and hospitality solutions and software.
