a-B.Sc degree in Computer Science, IT or any relevant field of study.
b-Three years experience in the following:
-Windows Server 2003/2008.
-Exchange Server 2007/2010.
-Active Directory.
-Cisco Firewall, Switches and Router.
-Backup Solution.
-Network a Computers troubleshooting
