IT Support Engineer

Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Engineer who will manage the computing environment for a team of developers. The position involves supporting basic hardware setup, technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Daily end-user support for a large team of developers.
User Account Management on various IT systems.
Installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, and servers.
Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the company websites.
Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress.
Basic hardware setup and servicing.
Troubleshooting electrical problems when needed.
Various administrative and office management daily tasks.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Engineering or BCs degree in Computer Science or Information System or Electrical Engineer.
Residence in Nablus city is a must.
Practical experience in Windows (Linux an advantage).
Practical experience in configuring Networks.
Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to PHP, Java, C#.
Proficiency in using WordPress.
Experience in SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Service-oriented; loves to help people.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently.
A problem solver, fixer, hacker, fast learner.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
