Job Description:

PAC is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of IT Technical Support & Procurement Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT inventory, troubleshooting network environments, and handling procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

IT:

Configure new desktops, laptops, and printers.

Manage IT inventory and ensure availability of essential items.

Troubleshoot and support network environments.

Maintain and organize IT unit files.

Assist in preparing IT procurement.

Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on staff computers.

Conduct system upgrades for software and hardware components.

Monitor and control asset inventory.

Generate periodic reports.

Undertake any other IT-related tasks assigned by the IT Manager.

Procurement:

Develop procurement policies and procedures.

Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms.

Collaborate with the Finance Director on procurement strategies.

Initiate Purchase Orders.

Obtain quotes, select vendors, and negotiate prices.

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Minimum one year of IT experience; procurement experience preferred.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to support both technical and non-technical users.

Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, CCNA, MCSA, or MCITP certifications are advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written).

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position based in Ramallah.
