 A leading foreign private shareholding company  is seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill the following vacancy, in its offices in Ramallah.

Duties and Responsibilities:

IT technical support employee is mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, technological devices and networks, and ensuring users get maximum benefits, position holder will be responsible for:

-Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, monitoring systems, firefighting system, networks, printers and scanners, and their corresponding applications.
-Troubleshooting system and network problems.
-Formatting Laptops, solving Authentication problem, Data problem (Data search, Data Recovery)
-Maintaining the shared folder (permission/new access request).
-Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
-Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
-Working continuously on a task until completion.
-Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
-Responding to breakdowns.
-Maintaining Mail server, website domains, and solving wireless connections.
-Maintaining records of software licenses.
-Checking computer equipment for electrical safety.


Successful candidate must have:

-Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
-Minimum three years experience in a relevant position.
-Proven track record of portfolio in the field of technological devices configuration, maintenance and programming.
-Professional Working Proficiency in English Language.
-Scientific knowledge at hardware and software programs.
-Technical and analytical skills.
-The ability to work well within a team.
-Interpersonal and communication skills
-Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
-Attention to detail.
