IT Technical Support staff

Palestine Investment Fund (PIF) is seeking to hire qualified people for the follwoing position:
Responsibilties:
1-Perform IT support functions on windows XP desktop (and higher),systems (both hardware and software ),on windows 2008 servers,Exchange 2003 servers,sharepoint servers,Cisco routers,Cisco switches and ASA firewall.
2-Support includes installation,configuration,securing,deploying and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks,PC/LAPTOP hardware and software applications.
3-Responsible for documentation of system environments,inventory ,IT policies and confiquration management
4-Perform regular server checks/maintenance and backups.
5-Manage and maitain an audio/visual and video tele-conferencing systems.

Skills:
1-Ability to perform tasks under strict deadlines.
2-Excellent reasoning and problem solving skills
3-Must posses a very high degree of attention to detail
4-Must Have excellent communication skills,both oral and written

Minimum Requirements:
1-prefer Bachelor degree,or equivalant in computer science or related field,plus minimum three years related work experience
2-MCSE and CCNA preferred
3-Strong English language skills required
