IT Technician

• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
• Develop MIS documentation to allow  smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
• Analyze business information to identify process improvements
• Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements
• Manage office 365 platform
• Install and maintain desktops/laptops hardware and software, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any technical issues.
•  Administrate and manage  Microsoft windows, windows server , active directory and other Microsoft services.
• Assist in the procurement processes of IT equipment, systems, and applications by providing specifications and analysis
• Provide IT support and remote support when needed

• Bachelor degree in computer engineering or computer science
• 0-3 years experience in similar field
• Experience in office 365 and Azure
• Software Development experience is a plus
•  excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.
