Java Technical Lead

CoTeDe (Code Test Deploy) is a growing software development company specializing in enterprise software solutions. We are currently engaged in a project for a large client where a number of information system solutions and components require design, development, and implementation. CoTeDe is seeking highly qualified contractor developers to assist in building and delivering these solutions.

Full time Java technical lead. Will be responsible for development, code quality review and code delivery management. In addition, will be required to communicate in English with U.S based team and business.

• Communicate with U.S based team and gather requirements
• Manage developer code quality, efficiency and optimization
• Capture, document, update, and track user requirement
• Design data structure and develop database creation scripts
• Design web application screen and report prototypes
• Develop web application screens and reports using JSP and JavaScript
• Write, update, and integrate server-side code using Java
• Perform unit and system integration testing
• Develop techniques for data migration
• Develop technical and non-technical documentations
