Position Definition

Responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations.

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the office, including managing office supplies, organizing meetings, and handling phone calls and emails.
  • Manage the Petty cash tracker (cash-in & cash-out) from the Safe strictly according to the security rules.
  • Answers telephone, directs calls to correct staff member or relay’s messages to staff as required.
  • Composes routine correspondence and performs a variety of administrative functions, which include but are not limited to typing, word processing, drafting routine correspondence, and transcribing.
  • Managing and maintaining files and records, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assisting with accounting and financial tasks as needed.
  • Providing support to other departments as necessary.
  • Perform any other related tasks as relevant and requested by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

●       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or other related fields.

●       At least one-year relevant work experience, preferably in a Local/ International NGO.

●       Experience in administrative and logistics work. 

●       English language both verbal and written.

●       Hebrew language level “C” and above.

●       Valid driving license.

●       Resident of Jerusalem is a must.

Skills and Attributes

●       Excellent attention to details; strong organizational skills.

●       Good personal, communication and team coordination skills.

●       Excellent organization and time management.

●       management skills with the ability to multitask.

●       Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
