Requirements:

-Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
-Excellent in English (oral/written).
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Excellent command in Microsoft Office Applications.
-Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and working hours.
-High interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
-Ability to work and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.


Duties and Responsibilities:

-Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions.
-Enter data into computer system using defined computer programs.
-Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
-Prepare journal entries
-Account/bank reconciliations.
-Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
-Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
-Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
