Junior Analyst-Law

Tetra Tech DPK is implementing the Justice Sector Assistance Project (JSAP) III under a contract funded by the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). JSAP III supports the Public Prosecution Offices and the Palestinian Civil Police across the West Bank.

JSAP III is seeking to hire a Junior Analyst. This position is based in Ramallah.
The Junior Analyst will work on a daily basis in the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) where he/she will be responsible for daily assignments as dictated by the Director of Planning in relationship to his/her responsibilities regarding the strategic planning and action Plans for Ramallah public prosecutor and other public prosecutors offices (PPOs) and other tasks assigned by the Director of Planning at (OAG).

The Junior Analyst candidate will also conduct the following tasks:
1-Collect and collate statistics necessary for the formation of the action plans.
2-Assist the international experts or chief prosecutors or (JSAP) team in the design of the needed workshops, meetings and any other related logistics.
3-Provide the director of planning at (OAG) with progress reports of the activity for Ramallah and other PPOs.
3-Act as a liaison between (JSAP) team and the Director of Planning on matters concerning the project.

Key Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Law
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written in both English and Arabic
-Strong demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills
-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks as well as being part of a team
-Candidates with experience in planning will be considered
