Junior Business Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Define, elicit business requirements and ensure that business needs are translated into comprehensive requirements. And are successfully implemented.
2. Assist in the design, implenetaion, documentation, testing and maintenance of business processes.
3. Search constantly to improve business practices and efficiencies.
4. Work with software developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and effciency.
5. Search, review, and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and processes.
6. Participate in the development process and advise on financial and operations related topics.
7. Serve as a bridge between functional and technical teams and continuously interact with colleagues at the IT, accounting and finance .

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Finance , Accounting , Accounting Information System (AIS) , MIS or any equivalent fields.
2. Strong finance and accounting knowlegde.
3. Critical thinking and problem-solving proficiency.
4. Ability to prioritize requirements and create prototypes.
5. Ability to learn quickly, think logically, and understand abstract relationships.
6. knowledge in financial market and project management is a plus.
7. High proficiency with MS Office.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
