Junior Data Scientist

Job Description

The candidate will engage in:

Understanding the business problems and the proposed solutions.
Managing the lifecycle of our implemented machine learning pipelines.
Monitoring of machine learning models and their predictions.
Implementing/refactoring our testing frameworks (unit, integration, online).
Work with the Devops team to integrate the latter into a CI/CD process.
Interface with the Data team and participate in our data projects.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Relevant bachelor or graduate degree.
2+ years experience as a data scientist.
Python3 (basic R is a great plus).
Experience with:
- Jupyter Lab & VS-Code.
- Standard python machine learning libraries (scipy, sklearn, statsmodels, pandas, numpy, etc...).
- Standard python visualization libraries (matplotlib, seaborn, plotly).
- Standard python distributed and parallel computing libraries and frameworks (joblib, Dask, Ray, MPI).
- GitHub.

Additional Information

In addition to what is mentioned qualifications section, the development environment would contain:
- Kubeflow.
- Nuclio Serverless Platform.
- Redis/Cassandra/NoSQL/SQL.
- GitHub/GitHub Actions (some work done in Azure Devops).
