Junior Front-end Developer

A leading software company in Ramallah is looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and ambitious Front-end developer to join the team. Front-end developer is required to work in teams alongside back-end developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. 

The main responsibilities are:

• Determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
• Building reusable code for future use.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development. 
• Good experience with React and its core principles. 
• knowledge of DOM, GraphQL, JavaScript, JCharts, jQuery, CSS, HTML, NextJs, Webpack, npm, and yarn. 
• Good knowledge of popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux). 
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript 
• Knowledge in UI/UX development and material Design / UI 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.  
• Good Experience in Back-End development. 
• Knowledge using management tools such as JIRA. 
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. 
• Knowledge of AWS services (S3, Cloudfront, Serverless) is a significant Advantage. 
• Good written and spoken English
