Junior HR & Admin Assistant

A leading retail company based in Ramallah are seeking a dedicated and organized Junior HR & Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities  

  1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  2.    Help with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  3.   Maintain employee records and ensure that the HR database is kept up-to-date.
  4.   Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  5.   Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs.
  6. Issuing official letters.
  7. Administers the Insurance files.
  8. Answering employees’ Inquiries.
  9. Preparing reports & presentations for internal communications.
  10. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field and industrial engineers are welcome to apply .
  2. Experience with MS Office applications.
  3. Ability to learn & perform under minimal supervision.
  4. Ability to multitask and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Time Management Skill.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
