Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide all necessary legal advices and other professional services required by the company.
2. Preparing, drafting and studying all agreements and contracts executed by the company and ensuring compliance by others.
3. Study and review the data and transactions of the company.
4. Follow-up with all judicial and executive bodies in judicial and legal matters and representing the company before these bodies.
5. Monitor governmental laws and regulations that affect the work of the company and present them to the senior management for discussion and provide the necessary legal recommendations.
6. Attend meetings when necessary.
7. Perform all work related tasks assigned by your Direct Supervisor and/or the General Manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law.
2. Good command of English and Arabic (written/oral).
3. Experience of more than 5 years in the field of legal work with companies in real estate and lands in Palestine.
4. Excellent experience in the Palestinian labor law.
5. Good experience in the real estate, lands and Taswyia laws.
6. Ability to negotiate and strengthen relations with all official and governmental bodies.
7. Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or comments from clients, coworkers, supervisor and/or management.
8. Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in varying situations.
9. Excellent communication, time management, analytical and quantitative skills.
10. High work ethics and professionalism.
11. Valid driver’s license.
