Chemonics International Ltd., a leader in global development, seeks Legal Advisor Interns for its USAID-funded Enhanced Palestinian Justice Program (EPJP) to support Supreme Judge Departments/Enforcement Department in different West Bank Districts (Ramallah, Salfeet, Jericho, Bethany/Al-Ezareyah and Bethlehem).

Internship Objectives, Basic Functions/Critical Tasks:

-    Document all cases and decisions that are suggested for enforcement, and make sure of all needs and requirements of enforcement conditions.
-    Provide legal needed counseling and legal support to the Family Enforcement Department.
-    Execute directions and decisions made by the Judge of Enforcement Department in and out the court.
-    Develop legal Memos.
-    Develop legal researches on cases related to Family Enforcement.

Required Qualifications Skills

-    At least B.A in law, preferred Master.
-    License to work as a lawyer with regular or Family courts.
-    At least 3 years of experience in regular or Family courts.
-    Advanced computer skills.
-    Ability to work in different governorates.
