Legal Expert

Technical Assistance to the Ministry of National Economy:

The Ministry of National Economy is seeking a legal expert. The specialists would have an intimate
Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment of Palestine, a detailed awareness of the legal
challenges currently faced by the Palestinian economy, legislation and administrative drafting, and the potential for reforms. The expert will provide the needed assistance tothe Ministry and the Minister.

Key Qualifications:
-Law degree, preferably in legal studies with strong knowledge of drafting legal reforms, masters
or PhD is a strong plus.
-At least 5years of extensive experience of legal drafting and legal formulation and assessment.
-Extensive Knowledge in the Palestinian legal advocacy, and regulatory system.
-Extensive Knowledge in economc related regulations.
-Demonstrated, dynamic, and inter-personal capability.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English.
-Professional computer skills (Microsoft office)
