Life Coaches - Gaza City

Responsibilities 

• Support the mental wellbeing of students, their caregivers and teachers in Gaza City 

• Provide regular structured MHPSS group and one-to-one sessions 

• Be on hand to provide emergency mental health support 

• Ensure all work is organized, logged and done on time

• Support MEAL and Programme teams to conduct MEAL activities, including writing and handing out questionnaires to measure outcomes 

• Documents attendance numbers 

• Submit a weekly report to supervisor

Person specification 

• Degree in Psychology 

• Qualified psychologist 

• Minimum 3 years working as a psychologist or relevant position 

• Knowledge of working with people with severe trauma 

• Experience working with children is preferred 
• The applicant must be a resident of Gaza City.
