Loan Officer

We, Partners for Sustainable Development, a Palestinian NGO with international affiliations act as an agency of change whose purpose is to prepare Palestinian youth to compete and thrive in a global society. We unleash the full potential of communities by supporting grass roots activities and social enterprise. NETKETABI, our flag ship project is an innovative educational platform which equips young Palestinians with the skills and knowledge required by an increasingly complex and demanding 21st century.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
-Develop a plan for repayment from NETKETABi beneficiaries.
-Develop and maintain data base for NETKETABi beneficiaries on NETKETABi selling and payment system
-Filed visits to collect payment from NETKETABi beneficiaries  
-Develop and maintain a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for NETKETABi repayments
-Follows-up on payments of performing portfolio to ensure adequate repayment rate
-Follows-up on payments of bad portfolio to reduce its volume
-Performs such other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:
-Ability to work within a team
-Effective interpersonal, communication and marketing skills
-Problem solving abilities
-Ability to cope with change and pressure
-At least two year experience working as loan officer
-It’s desirable to have a university degree in Business Administration, Accountancy or Economics.
-It’s desirable to have a valid driving license.
-Willingness to work beyond regular working hour
