Logistic Assistant
Job Description
Fleet Management:
- Support the correct implementation of the WeWorld-GVC Driving Guidelines, ensuring that all tools are available and documents are correctly produced and collected;
- Supervise and ensure that fleet rules are implemented, understood and respected on all bases
- Ensure that the drivers have updated valid driving license;
- Update the Car Rental Company with the staff driver’s info.
- Collect and analyze the cars’ logbooks on monthly base.
- Coordinate for the taxi usage and needs.
- Provide a monthly report for WW-GVC Cars (yellow & green plates), based on usage, costs, maintenance, for analyses;
- Follow up the monthly Car maintenance and check up with the staff & the Car Rental Company.
- Receive and revise the car accident cases with the staff & the Car Rental Company.
- Responsible for following up on the car tracking system (GPS).
Premises Management:
- Manage all the logistic needs of the premises, with specific reference to Jerusalem and Ramallah Office and Jerusalem and Ramallah Guesthouses;
- Manage the stocks and the inventory of the premises (main office and field offices), with reference to furniture and equipment, keeping adequate documents and tracking;
- Arrange for maintenance works to the premises, when needed;
Coordination and Support
- Support Country Representatives and Country Management Team with any logistic urgent needs;
- Coordinate and arrange work-related movements by taxi for national and international staff;
- Collect/deliver documents in relevant institutions both in Jerusalem and Ramallah (e.g. Banks, Post Offices, Ministries, Embassies and Consulates, etc.)

- Perform any other duty as required by the Line Manager or the Country Representative

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of work experience and education. Diploma with the combination of work experience is acceptable.
- Residence in Jerusalem or Ramallah is preferable.
- Valid driving license (yellow plate cars) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent English (oral and written); Hebrew is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Fleet management
- Flexibility, organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
