Logistics and Security Officer

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-To be responsible of all logistics aspects of Gaza base under the Field Coordinator supervision
-To work along with the Field Coordinator to ensure that the Terre des hommes logistics systems and procedures are followed
-To ensure efficient support to the operational program team and the general running of Gaza office
-To ensure the implementation of Tdh Security and Safety Management Plan (SSMP) under the supervision of the Field Coordinator
-To generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to the Field Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES 
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Management
-At least 3 years INGO experience in logistics and security management
-Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)
-Good writing and reporting skills. Ability to write official letters
-Fluency in English, Arabic as mother tongue
-Valid driving license

.PERSONAL QUALITIES REQUIRED
-Ability to be flexible, cooperative and to work autonomously
-Strong analytical and organisational skills
-Good communication and training skills for team management and TDH representation
-Understanding, interest and commitment to humanitarian activities
