Logistics Assistant

To assist the Logistic manager in all logistic activities and facilitate the logistical needs of the projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assist in the management of the logistics department in Gaza.
• Assist the Logistics Manager, to follow the day-to-day activities of the projects’ needs. 
• Ensure accuracy of all Inventories and Stock.
• Ensure the proper and standard archiving of all Logistics documents.
• Assist in Preparing (Quotations Requests, Offers Evaluation, and Purchase Orders).
• Assist in the completion of Procurement Files and Contracts.
• Assist in the organization of trainings, workshops and similar events including food catering, organization of the training venue etc.
• Assist in the management of office stationery supplies including maintenance of stock list of stationery, distribution of stationery as required by staff and keeping a log of distribution
• Ensure the proper maintenance and follow of MDM IT equipment.
• Assist the program team in order to ensure all the needs of the projects in terms of procurement.
• Collaborate with the Administrative department for preparing payments of the received invoices from the implemented procurement orders.

3 years of Experience in the Same Field (Preferable in NGOs)

Good Command of English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken)

Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
