Logistics Assistant and Data Analyst

Introduction:

Sharikat Gargour Al-Tijariyyah is the General Agents for Mercedes-Benz in West Bank, we are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated “Logistics Assistant & Data Analyst” to fill the following position:

Job Title: Logistics Assistant and Data Analyst.

Location: Ramallah.

Proposed Starting Date: Immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Logistics Assistant:

• Updating Data on all stock sheets including Excel sheets and GSM system.
• Adding new units to all stock areas.
• Updating required data on Autoline system.
• Supporting Logistics in the preparation of registration files.
• Filing and documenting all documents in their set files.
• Helping with preparing any requested report.

Data Analyst:

• Collecting data from different sources due to the direct manager’s instructions.
• Using statistical methods and techniques to explore and analyze data.
• Ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Creating (charts, graphs, and dashboards) when needed.
• Developing clear reports that drive effective decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance, or any related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficient in English language (writing and speaking).
• Strong knowledge of Excel & Power point.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Residency in Ramallah is preferred.
