Requirements:
-B.A Degree in Business Administration or any related field
-Good in English (oral/written).
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Excellent command in Microsoft Office Applications
-Ability to work with a team.
-Have strong follow-up skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Plan and coordinate transportation of materials and manage the timely flow of customer orders.
-Communicate effectively since the job primarily involves liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments.
-Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all deliveries of goods.
-Provide and maintain good customer service and solve problems.
-Ensure that quality assurance checks are completed and maintained.
-Prepare and type memos, reports, and other documents.
