Job Description


POSITION TITLE: Logistics & Procurement manager            
Contract Period : one year

Scope of Work:
-Assist the Country Director in planning and executing tenders and purchase orders.
-Collect bids and contact suppliers.
-Arrange importation of goods and ensure clearance through customs.
-Assist the Finance Department on any documentation relevant to procurement and audit requests.
-Assist the Country Director in organizing program events and conferences.
-Provide logistical support to all programs in compliance with IMC’s standard logistics procedures.
-Maintain and update monthly IMC Gaza assets and inventory list and conduct physical liaison with other staff.
-Assist the Country Director in any administrative requirements as well as GIK clearance.
-Assist on weekly and monthly logistics reports preparations.
-Responsible for managing minor office/guest house repairs and payment of utilities including telephone and internet.
-Coordinate with the Security and Liaison Manager on any travel arrangements and reservations needed.
-Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.


Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree
-Experience with USAID regulations.
-Good English
-Good communication skills
