Role Summary:

    Supervise all company inventories and order executions from and to the warehouse.
    Responsible for the tracking of shipments delivery for all the imported shipments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    Supervise and coordinate the work between the logistics team.
    Prepare logistics monthly, weekly and daily reports.
    Follow up with the clearing agency to ensure the delivery of imported products;
    Follow up with the warehouses and vendors/logistics, Partner concerning, Shipments delivery, Stock Receipt, Inspection and Receiving.
    Execute quarterly Physical count for all the company inventories.
    Execute sales and RMAs over the ERP system and insuring accurate and on time delivery.
    Internal requisitions (IR) issuance/approval (from warehouses to Wataniya premises or to the requested departments)
    Execute the products Packaging process.
    Managedefinitions of master items on ERP.
    Assist in Inventory Management and stock levels.
    Process all inventory transactions on ERP.

Skills and Experience:

    Bachelor Degree in related specialty.
    Good knowledge of MS excel is required.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Hebrew is a plus.
    Ability to work under pressure and within team environment.
    Minimum four years of experience in supervisory level in procurement position.
    Excellent supervision and organizational skills.
    Ability to work independently and under pressure.
    Strong negotiation skills.
    Strong Analytical skills.
    Leads teams effectively and shows conflict resolution skills.
    Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills.
