Main Objective: The M&E officer is fully responsible for evaluating and monitoring the implementation of all projects and programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Full responsibility for identification of key indicators, key performance questions and parameters for monitoring program/projects performance and evaluation. Also designing the templates and format of these progress reports.

4. Full responsibility for reporting on M&E findings, as required, working closely with operations function staff and programme coordinators.
5. Full responsibility for supporting the design of new project and activities, particularly related to the setting of goals, objectives, targets, anticipated results and monitoring and evaluation plan
6. Oversee and plan monitoring and evaluation strategies and set M&E guidelines and tools for overall programs of Al-Nayzak.
7. Full responsibility for developing and maintaining relations with local and international partners and donors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Development, English, public policy or any related specialization required, Master's preferred.
2. At least three years of proven experience in similar positions.
3. Proven experience in the field of proposal writing and fundraising.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills both in Arabic and English.
5. Advanced Knowledge in Monitoring and evaluation systems.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
