Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Machine Learning Engineer for a High Tech Company offering digital healthcare solutions, located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior peers to deploy ML models, and build front-end interfaces for production.
Working with key stakeholders in the region, and dealing with large-scale medical records, and healthcare transactional data.
Working on research components, involving data analysis, forecasting and interpretation of results.

Job Requirements

Special Requirements & Skills:

Proven working experience in data science, and experience in development and deployment.
Good theoretical understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles, various statistical techniques, and evaluation techniques.
Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best practice patterns.
Experience in machine learning models and fine tune model parameters.
Experience in benchmarking and model performance evaluation and improvement.
Hands-on experience in using Python, Tensorflow, Keras ,Scikit Learn, PyTorch, and Pandas.
Knowledge and experience in using SQL and performing queries in large-scale data-bases.
Basic Knowledge of data visualizing and results representation.
Experience working with Developer tools such as PyCharm/MS Visual Studio, Docker etc.
Experience in working and building models for Time-series data including RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers…etc
Familiarity with working on remote and virtual machines.
Familiarity with distributed training and performance optimization on GPU’s is a plus.
Familiarity with MLOPs tools is a plus.
Experience in research is a plus.

Years of experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in AI, Statistics, Math, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
