Major Gift Fundraising Officer
Intended Starting date: 1 June 2023
Bethlehem University is seeking a full-time Major Gifts Fundraising Officer with the required qualifications and experience.
The Major Gifts Fundraising Officer is primarily responsible for researching and writing compelling fundraising proposals and increasing funding sources. The position holder prepares promotional materials and coordinates fundraising events and initiatives that help Bethlehem University meet its fundraising goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or other applicable fields is required; a Master’s degree in a related field is advantageous.
- Qualified expertise with at least 3 years of professional fundraising experience in donor relations, project cycle management, and proposal writing.
- Experience in creating promotional materials, organizing fundraising events, and recruiting new donors.
- Able to travel abroad for fundraising purposes.
