Managing Director

We are looking for a professional Managing Director to plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. You will manage and train a team of managers.

Responsibilities

-    Ensure that all daily activities are done in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
-    Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
-    Perform quality controls and monitor.
-    Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
-    Handle requests and queries appropriately
-    Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
-    Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
-    Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
-    Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
-    Assess overall company performance against objectives
-    Represent the company in events, conferences etc.

Requirements

-    Proven experience as Managing Director or relevant role not less than 4 years.
-    Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-    Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-    Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
-    BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
-    Proficiency in English
-    Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
-    Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
-    Budget development and oversight experience
-    Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices.
