Marketing & Administration Officer
Job Description
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize the GM office layout
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Assisting in managing and developing marketing campaigns.
- Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
- Conducting promotional activities.
- Organizing and distributing financial and statistical information.
- Overseeing campaigns on social media.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.

Job Requirements
- BA in business administration, marketing or relevant field;
- Five years’ experience in related works;
- Proficient in English language ( Read, Write and Speaking) ;
- Proven experience as an Office Management or Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
