Marketing Coordinator

VITAS Palestine a Microfinance Private Shareholding LLC, seeks to hire a marketing Coordinator in its Head Office in Ramallah according to the following:

Qualifications:

-University degree in Marketing or any other related field
-Proven advanced Reporting/Writing skills in Arabic and English.
-marketing background including at least 3 years of experience in planning, segmentation, targeting and market research
-Ability to work in the field and as part of a team
-Ability  to perform work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Strong analytical skills and excellent time management skills
-MS office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Excellent English and Arabic language
-Strong time management skills
-Knowledge in design programs is a plus
 
Main duties and Responsibilities:

-To achieve  sales targets by increasing the no. of clients
-To recruit sales agents and keep them motivated to meet targets.
-To execute highly focused prospecting activities and professionally sell loans and other MFI products.
-To establish a strong relationship with clients through processing of loan applications and disbursement.
-To maintain a portfolio of existing customers and develop new profitable business.
-To identify and direct cross selling opportunities to customer base.
-To ensure proper branding and merchandising of the company’s products
-To coordinate cross selling opportunities with sales agents and other business lines.
-To analyze sales information and initiate relevant actions to maximize sales
-To conduct competitor analysis and market research to obtain insights.
-To adapt business plan from management into a sales plan
-To ensure an effective and profitable operation of sales force and the achievement of all sales objective and budget allocated
-To handle customer complaints and enquiries swiftly and on time.
-To establish proper feedback mechanism that will allow the customers to give feedback
-To liaise regularly with other departments to ensure product availability in line with sales requirements.
-To manage effectively the expenses of all marketing activities versus budget
-To advise management on market trends and dynamics.
-To recommend the tools and resources required to achieve the set objectives
