BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:
Marketing Manager Ref. No (HR-MM-HAN-1)
Main responsibilities:
Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
Plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of the organization's products and/or services.
Develop an annual and quarter marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department and to direct marketing and sales staff where budgets are devolved
Supervise and maintain the operations of the nontraditional channels such as Operators, B2B, Army and the retail.
Generate and execute marketing activities that assist sales efforts to create product and brand awareness and help achieving assigned targets.
Manage all marketing activities within the agreed budget.
Oversees all marketing advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
Manages the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Conducts market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
Develops pricing strategy in coordination with the sales manager.
Follow up with Samsung regional offices on all related marketing issues.
Develops and implement a company-wide plan to push our product.
Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
8-10 years of experience in marketing management.
Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, this includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
