We seek an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our real estate company's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in building and executing successful marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's marketing operations, including strategic planning, media buying, and campaign implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Create and oversee multi-channel marketing plans that include digital, print, social media, and event-based campaigns.
- Team Leadership and Department Oversight:
- Lead, manage, and evaluate the marketing team's performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Media Buying and Campaign Management:
- Manage media buying and negotiate contracts with media outlets to secure the best value and exposure.
- Allocate budgets effectively across channels to maximize return on investment.
- Analyze and adjust media buying strategies based on performance metrics and market response.
- Creative Oversight and Production:
- Oversee creating and delivering high-quality content, including design, video production, and animation.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Ensure all creative materials align with the company's brand identity and strategic goals.
- Marketing Campaign Development and Execution:
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and adjust strategies to improve future performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales, finance, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Conduct analyses of numbers, statistics, indicators, and sales results (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual). and use these insights to apprise planning, marketing, campaigns, target groups, and regional strategies.
- Full organization of the role of public relations and relations with the local media

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry or a related sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of the real estate sector and the sales and marketing mechanisms specific to this sector.
