The University Hospital is a humanitarian independent nonprofit academic and research institution that provides a wide range of health care services (particularly tertiary care) and social support. It is a unique teaching hospital that offers medical teaching and research. Though it is a young institution, it rapidly became the destination and a scientific and medical hub for many Palestinian scientists and consultants from around the world.

Marketing and Quality Management Manager
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing:
-Develop and implement a marketing plan to promote the image of the hospital.
-Develop the hospital branding
-Maintain the website of the hospital and the concerned social media sites (Facebook and YouTube) such as daily monitoring, posting and content development.
-Prepare regular press releases, web content, articles (in English and Arabic).
-Respond to requests in any regard of marketing and communications matters.

Event Management:
-Provide event planning and communication support as required
-Provide content as needed to ensure optimal marketing and integrated communications about events.
- Support/coordinate the participation of the hospital in local events, including preparation of material and coordination with organizations and guests.

Quality Management:       
-Design and implement of policies and procedures and ensure that quality standards are met during daily work.
-Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
-Prepare and conduct trainings on Quality Management to all the hospital staff.

Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor in Marketing and Master Degree in Quality Management or related fields.
-Experiences in same positions no less than 5 years.
-Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
-Excellent knowledge of reports writing, action plans and project management.
-Ability to communicate and work closely with a variety of people and  environments
-Ability to work under stress.
-Strong work ethic and commitment.
-Concise and analytical thinking.
