Job Description

I – BACKGROUND

WePRO Solutions & Consultancy (WePRO) is seeking to recruit a Marketing & Sales officer to assist WePRO operations. WePRO is designed to deliver cost effective and end-to-end business solutions right from conceptualization to implementation with a focus on enhancing productivity and maximizing business performance.

WePRO is offering the opportunity to hire a full time Marketing & Sales Representative, experience is valued but not required.

II – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Sales for IT products & services
Ability to presents demos for IT products & technologies
Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available.
Persists in sales even in the face of failure.
Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
Answers clarifications from clients
Conducting field visits to potential & existing clients.
Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them.
Makes product appeal to the target market.
Update customer information database.
Process orders in an accurate manner Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Job Requirements

III – COMPETENCIES

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Good experience in hardware and software systems.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Hard worker, Team player, Critical thinker, and Proactive in solving issues.
Full professional proficiency in spoken and written in both English and Arabic.
Good time-management skills.
Strong analytical skills.
